Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours.

Domestic orders are generally shipped by First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on weight.

International orders are generally shipped by Air Letter Post or Air Parcel Post, depending on weight and value.

Orders for electronic products are filled by emailing the product as a pdf file, or emailing a username, password and website link.

We also close for one week at Christmas and one week in March or April. Orders received during these vacations will be shipped immediately once we return.
