Aside from the beautiful presentation, which was typical of Coty products of this era (1920's), it is uncertain who was involved in creating the fragrance. François Coty was a hands on perfumer but he also employed a number of top notch employees and consultants, Vincent Roubert, for example, who is credited with creating a number of fragrances for the company. In any event, we can be sure that François Coty put his stamp of approval both on the fragrance of Paris and its packaging.
