Location
The Warwick Center, a 465 acre hilltop estate, is located 50 miles northwest of New York City at 62 Warwick Center Road, Warwick, NY 10990.
Transportation
The Warwick Center can be reached by private car or by Bus to the Village of Warwick from New York City's Port Authority Bus Terminal by a NJ Transit express bus. If you are arriving by bus, notify us in advance and we will arrange to have you picked up at the bus stop for the short ride to the Conference Center.
Lodging
Lodging provided is double occupancy in the West House. Checkin time is Sunday, May 3rd, after supper. Checkout (of rooms) is Friday, AM.
Meals
Three meals daily, Monday through Friday, are included with the package. Meals are served, cafeteria style, in the Conference Center's dining hall. Tables will be reserved for our group. Vegetarian meals are available if requested in advance. Meals must be taken according to the Center's posted schedule.

Regular Reservations: $2800 per person.
Early Bird Reservcations: $2400 per person. 10% deposit must be received by us not later than January 4th, 2009. Balance must be paid by February 6th, 2009. Failure to pay the balance by the February 6th deadline will void your Early Bird rate.
Company Group Rate: $2240 per person. Group must be for not less than 3 and not more than 6 people. Additional members may be registered at a regular rate.

Certificates
PerfumersWorld issues numbered Certificates of Participation to those who successfully complete the workshop. If you work in a fragrance-related industry, check with your Human Resourse Department as your employer may agree to pay for your enrollment and give you job credit for your participation. Many fragrance-related companies will do this.
PerfumersWorld maintains a permanent record of certificates that have been issued so that your employer or future employer can verify your successful completion of a PerfumersWorld workshop.
