California Perfume Company (Avon) White Lilac Concentrated Toilet Water in bottle of unknown date.

The California Perfume Company (now Avon Brands) began selling White Lilac Concentrated Toilet Water around 1890.

Although the company hired an experienced perfumer in 1898, it is likely that White Lilac was created by William McConnell, founder and owner, himself.

Notice how the label style is similar to European perfume bottle labels of the early 20th century, particularly those of Coty.
