This is a dusting powder from the California Perfume Company, produced before it changed its name to Avon. Note that during the same years that this product was being marketed (early 20th centurt), Coty was also selling a very profitable dusting power called "Air Spun", which was scented with a number of different Coty perfumes.
The California Perfume Company had offices at 114 Fifth Avenue in New York City and branches Kansas City, Missouri, Luzerne, Pennsylvania, and Montreal, Quebec (Canada). Production facilities were in Rockland County, New York State.
